When I was a kid, I never thought that people can make desert beautifully in the past because of lack of material. Then one day, I found some pictures of Wagashi which made from plant-based ingredients. With Japanese’s adroitness, Wagashi was made more and more delicious-looking. Art of making Wagashi is developed now and in the future.
